If you are not pleased with your product purchase, email our customer service department at cs AT maxlabs.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
Place the unused product or empty bottle in a package with a copy of your invoice. To complete a refund, it is necessary for MaxLabs to have the name and address used for the customer that made the original purchase.
Once we receive the remaining product, we will issue you a full refund for the product price (we do not refund shipping/handling charges).
We cannot give refunds for product we do not receive, so we suggest shipping the return product via a traceable and insured method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured/Certified mail.
